2018 Opel Zafira will come with a wide range of engine options to choose from. The Opel IntelliLink system also receives an update.
Exterior and Interior
The new 2018 Opel Zafira will be luxurious, sleek and spacious and will surprise your future customers. It assumes an impressive way with beautiful curves and will be constructed of lightweight materials to reduce weight and increase performance. The new vehicle will have a unique style and excellent handling. In addition, the front also shows the new Opel signature design language. The front will feature a redesigned horizontal grid, which will further enhance its sleek and sophisticated look. It will also be equipped with a pair of headlights looking sharp, which will be powered by LED technology to enhance its sporty look. The new car will also feature wraparound windows and lots of beautiful curves, which will improve its aerodynamics and overall appearance. In addition, the new crossover will be offered on the market in two vibrant exterior colors: all amber red and orange.
The cabin is modern, elegant and spacious and also features additional passengers and cargo space. It will be fully equipped with the latest technologies. Specifically, the dashboard will come with the same design as the next Opel Astra sedan. The dashboard will have a horizontal and aerodynamic design and the new infotainment system will be available in two variants; will feature a 7-inch or 8-inch touch screen. The new 2018 Opel Zafira will also feature an excellent air conditioning system, a navigation system control system and a unique electronic stability mechanism. The crossover subcompact will also be equipped with a number of safety features such as airbags for all passengers, automatic brakes for a reversing camera, parking sensor system, Forward Collision Warning, Blind spot and much more.
Again, as with any other model 2018 Opel Zafira, you will be able to choose from a range of possible engine options. One is a 1.4-liter EcoFlex engine with a power of 138 horsepower. Another option is the 1.6-liter inline-4 that can produce 150 horsepower and 155 lb-ft of torque. Given the fact that Europe are not as strict as the US all the fuel economy restrictions and emissions, we can expect to see a diesel engine too. In fact, we would be disappointed if there was one. It would probably be the 1.6 CDTI diesel engines. All of the above mentioned engines come with front-wheel drive as standard. They are paired with a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission. The only other option would be a 1.8-liter gasoline engine, which come with a 5-speed manual transmission.
