2018 Aston Martin Vanquish S Exterior and Interior
A new generation of Aston Martin Vanquish supercar is on the horizon, but before reaching the British manufacturer will present a more powerful version of the second current model, the generation that has been on sale since 2014. A prototype models this new version the favorite to be named a 2018 Aston Martin Vanquish S, just outside the center spot test at the Nurburgring Aston Martin.
Exterior and Interior
Essentially a facelift outside, 2018 Aston Martin Vanquish S retains the overall shape, size and design of the second generation of the car, but it gains a revised aerodynamic package and minor modifications and gets your body. Up front, the touring sports a new bumper. While the upper part has remained virtually unchanged, the divisor has no design to two levels of the Vanquish. It is also wider and has two vertical fins on each side, which should increase high-speed downforce. Side shifts, 2018 Aston Martin Vanquish S appears to be identical to the model it replaces, but Aston Martin will likely offer new tire with a lighter design and arrangement of different radii. The changes are small around the back also, both the embodiment of the rear and the wing lights unchanged. However, there is a new diffuser with a design inspired career and quad exhaust design rather than the previous double parameters. Aston Martin is also likely to offer a pair of new exterior colors, but not much will change.
The interior should also receive some minor adjustments such as new upholstery options, new materials, and perhaps an update to the infotainment system. Apart from this, we have to do more with the same features and technologies taken from One 77 supercar, including semi-aniline leather sewn by hand and Alcantara and carbon fiber. While the latter is an option in the Vanquish, it could become a standard feature on 2018 Aston Martin Vanquish S.
We do not know what mechanical changes are planned, but new exhaust tips hint at more power can eventually 592 horsepower to match the output of the limited edition Zagato Vanquish. 5.9-liter V-12 Vanquish regular delivery 568 horsepower and is mated to an automatic transmission with 8 speeds. This combination is good for an acceleration 0-60 mph in less than 4.0 seconds and a top speed of over 200 mph. We expect 2018 Aston Martin Vanquish S to better those numbers. Note that this is likely to be the last application of the venerable 5.9-liter V-12 Aston Martin, which is actually derived from the Ford Motor Company [NYSE: F]. In the future, V-12 Aston Martin models will use the new twin-turbo 5.2-liter mill that began in 2017 DB11.
Release and Price
Price is obviously a mystery at this point, but since the Vanquish has a cost of $ 287.820, it is safe to assume that 2018 Aston Martin Vanquish S will get at least $ 300,000 before options. Certainly not a bargain, but much more affordable than the limited edition Zagato model is said to cost more than $ 400,000.
